Product description
The smartFILL Single nozzle is a stand-alone solution because no hot runner is required.
The injection nozzle moves onto the single nozzle support and transfers the melt directly into the nozzle. This enables you to transfer the precisely tempered melt to your injection mould at the lowest possible costs and with minimal labour. The characteristics of the smartFILL nozzle series, such as their melt channel geometry and innovative heating technology, make it possible to process almost all types of plastic. Even engineering plastics with extremely high processing temperatures can be processed with the new smartFILL.
