Product description

This nozzle is closed by a pin thus preventing the uncontrolled escape of the melt.

Spring operated:
in the spring-operated version, the nozzle opens automatically when the specified injection pressure is reached and closes automatically when it falls below.

Lever operated:
in the lever-operated version, the nozzle closing and opening is triggered via a signal from the machine control.

Benefits:

Even dosing volume
No melt leakage when the injection nozzle is lifted or the mould is open
Time and cost savings – the dosage can be increased while the nozzle is lifted and/or the moulded part is ejected
