Sliding core mould – your ideal solution for complex components

Sliding core moulds are usually the best and only way to produce complex plastic parts. They are used for injection moulding or die casting parts with undercuts along the entire circumference.

Mould bases

Our sliding core moulds are made from high-precision standard parts which are 100% compatible with our F-plates and available from stock. The FB 58 guiding plate is delivered fully assembled. The closing bolster plate is available in two different versions. This makes the sliding core mould ideal for different applications. The closing bolster plate with fully closed frame provides highest stability.
